Dzień konsultacji lekarskiej

Ponieważ w gabinecie lekarskim był Arek i mój Trener, to przy zdejmowaniu szwów nie wypadało jęczeć. A tak serio, to myślałam że będzie bolało, może jak wyciąganie drenów z kolana po operacji, a jednak nie. No to, o nowe doświadczenie do przodu. Ponieważ pierwszy miesiąc po zabiegu, trzeba uważać szczególnie na przeszczep, to będę się oszczędzać. Dodam też, że na poczucie humoru ze strony Pana Doktora i Pani Pielęgniarki można zawsze liczyć, więc tę wizytę będę dobrze wspominać :)

Dziękuję Doktorowi Mariuszowi za anielską cierpliwość do mnie i moich pomysłów.

A sprawa ważna, moje kolano zgina się już w zakresie 75 stopni, gojenie w porządku, także w poniedziałek mam w planie 90 stopni i wreszcie ćwiczenia na sali.

The day of medical consultation

Due to the fact that in the surgery were both Arek and my coach I went to great lengths not to moan when I was having my stitches removed. Frankly speaking, I had expected it to hurt just as it was when the drain was removed from my knee, but it didn’t. Well, so here I am one more experience forward in my treatment. As the first month after the operation is the time when I have to take care of myself, especially of the transplanted ligament, I decided not to strain it too much. What is worth mentioning is the fact that both the doctor’s and the nurse’s sense of humour, which I can always count on,  made this appointment an unforgettable experience.

I would like to thank Doctor Mariusz for his patience of a saint when it comes to me and my ideas.

Important news, my knee bends at the range of 75 degrees, heals fine, so on Monday I hope to reach 90 degrees and finally train in the gym.
