Zostanę wkrótce mistrzem jazdy na rowerze stacjonarnym. Chciałabym już móc truchtać, ostatni raz biegałam 2 miesiące temu, moje buty pokrył kurz. Tymczasem kręcę codziennie na orbitreku.

Dzisiaj na treningu robiłam "campus", oczywiście z asekuracją.
Co do kolana, nowością jest swoboda zginania i chodzenia.

I will soon become a stationary bike champion. I wish I could jog a little - the last time I ran was 2 months ago. My shoes are covered with dust now. For the time being I exercise on the OrbiTrek.

During today's training I did 'campus', of course with a belay.
